Through the change request workflow processes, the data remains inactive and only after it is fully approved and activated, the clean data can be pushed to all connected systems, both SAP (like S/4HANA or ECC) and non-SAP systems (CRM, Ariba, …) to consume for further use. By synchronization of your master data across the landscape, you can achieve enterprise-wide consistency!
On top of that, SimpleMDG can connect to various input channels like Fiori and Web Apps, Excel uploads, and External (validation) Services.
As the customer process could be initiated on your CRM system for example, the further governance of this master data can then be done in SimpleMDG thanks to the integration capabilities.
