Alluvion strives to process and manage personal data in such a way that your privacy is safeguarded. In this privacy statement, we would like to explain how we do this. In all cases, Alluvion complies with the General Data Protection Regulation.
Responsible for personal data
We keep the personal information we receive from you. From a legal point of view, this makes us 'processing responsible' and responsible for your personal data. Alluvion takes this responsibility seriously.
Security and access
We handle your data confidentially and with care. We also ensure that your personal information is properly secured. To this end, we have taken physical, technical and organizational measures. These include, for example, a secure server that can only be accessed by authorized persons, the secure transmission of online forms and a special privacy officer; the Data Protection Officer.
Retention period
Alluvion does not retain your data longer than necessary for the purposes for which we use them. Some data are subject to legal retention periods that Alluvion must meet before deletion can take place. Further information on retention periods can be found in the additional Privacy Statement.
Right of amendment, inspection and deletion
Modification
You can make changes to your personal data. The additional Privacy Statements specify the way in which you can make changes.
Access and deletion
You can at any time gain insight into your personal data that are processed by Alluvion or request us to remove them. We may not be able to carry out your request for deletion in all cases; sometimes legal restrictions apply. If you no longer wish to be contacted by us for marketing purposes, we must register your name in order to exclude you from future campaigns. If we do not comply with your request, we will of course inform you of the reason.
Provision to third parties
Alluvion engages third parties in the performance of its services. Insofar as these third parties process personal data in the performance of their services, they do so in the capacity of the processor. All our third parties are obliged to protect your personal data. That is why we conclude agreements with all our processors in which we explicitly include this.

Be sure to read these terms and conditions carefully before entering personal information on another organization's website. Alluvion is not responsible or liable for how these third parties handle your personal data.
